Black Ruffle Dog Collar

A 2" cream eyelet ruffle attached to a black polyester dog collar.  The collar has two D rings, one for attaching the license/rabies tag and it is located beside the buckle and will hang below the neck.  The other D ring is for attaching the leash and will stay centered on the back of their neck for an easy hook up of the leash.
